About

A studio for the systems
that come next.

Founded 2026

Caisson HQ was founded on a simple observation: the gap between what modern agents and robotics can do in a research notebook and what they actually do inside a working business is enormous. And it is almost entirely an engineering problem.

We exist to close that gap. We are a deep tech consultancy and an applied AI product studio in the same breath. The patterns, infrastructure, and discipline behind our own software products inform every client engagement, and the lessons from those engagements feed back into our products.

We do not believe in advice without skin in the game. When we recommend an architecture, it is one we have built, broken, and rebuilt — usually more than once.

Principles
01

Operators, not observers

Every pattern we deploy for a client has been pressure-tested inside one of our own products first. We don't traffic in theory.

02

Production over prototypes

A demo proves nothing. We measure ourselves on what survives contact with real users, real data, and real on-call rotations.

03

Specificity over hype

We are skeptical of magic. We invest in evals, guardrails, observability, and the unglamorous infrastructure that makes deep tech actually work.

04

Long-cycle craft

Agentic and robotic systems are multi-year endeavors. We build with the discipline of someone who has to answer the pager at 2am when things break — engineering for resilience, not for the demo.

Core Conviction

The future of operational software will be agentic, multi-agent, and embodied. The companies that integrate it deliberately will compound for a decade. The ones that don't, won't.
