Titan Body
TitanBody privacy information
1. Overview
TitanBody stores your prep records on your device. You control exports and optional connections. TitanBody has no server for your prep records and includes no advertising or analytics tracking.
2. What the app stores
Your programs, daily tasks, meal and training logs, check-ins, body measurements, and progress photos are saved in TitanBody's local storage. The app does not upload those records to a TitanBody server. Device backups and any copies you export are managed separately from the app.
3. No tracking or analytics
TitanBody contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDK. Core workout logging works offline. Apple services such as subscription purchases and restores may require an internet connection.
4. Subscriptions through Apple
Apple processes in-app purchases, subscription payments, and restores. TitanBody uses StoreKit product and verified transaction information to determine Premium access. TitanBody does not receive your payment-card details, and your workout records are not included in these purchase requests. Apple's App Store privacy information describes how Apple handles purchase data.
5. Photos and camera
You choose images through Apple's system photo picker or, where offered, allow camera capture. TitanBody receives the image you select or capture and stores progress photos locally with file protection. It does not browse your photo library.
6. Device authentication
If you enable device protection, authentication is handled by iOS using biometrics or the device passcode. TitanBody never sees biometric or passcode data; it only learns whether an unlock succeeded.
7. Apple Health on Watch
Heart-rate recovery on Apple Watch is optional and off until you enable it. If enabled, TitanBody asks Apple Health for heart-rate readings and starts a strength-training workout session so the Watch can measure recovery. You can deny or revoke that access in Apple Health. TitanBody does not send those readings to a TitanBody server.
8. Watch, widgets, and previews
TitanBody can share limited next-task and rest information with its widgets, Live Activity, and paired Apple Watch. These system surfaces may be visible outside the app. Use Hide sensitive previews and device protection in Settings to control sensitive content.
9. Sharing and exports
Coach Export creates a local PDF from the check-in you choose. Sharing opens the iOS share sheet, where you choose the destination. The Data & Privacy export creates a local JSON copy. TitanBody does not automatically send either file to a coach. Once you share a copy, the recipient or service controls that copy.
10. Deleting your data
Data & Privacy can permanently delete TitanBody's local records, protected progress-photo files, reminders, and widget snapshots. Deletion cannot be undone. It does not remove copies you already shared, erase Apple Health records or device backups, or cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account.
11. Private development builds
Private development builds may include a Codex connection to a paired Mac. Reads require Assistant read access to be enabled and TitanBody to be open and unlocked. Requested task titles, workout prescriptions, and recorded sets are shared with your AI conversation; photos, body measurements, and free-text notes are excluded. Turn the setting off to revoke reads. A separate workout import sends only a transcription you review and requires Save Workout in the app. No workout is saved or scheduled automatically. The AI service handles conversation data under its own settings and policies. This private development feature is not included in Release builds or offered as a public ChatGPT app.
